The focusing of a local ministry begins with the focusing of its leadership. Citywide ministries need leaders who understand the times in which they live, and know how to lead God’s kingdom forward.
Focusing Leaders is a personal leadership development process designed to help you as a leader bring strategic focus to your ministry. Focus is obtained by examining your past (Personal Time Line), clarifying your future (Personal Mission Statement) and identifying resources that will facilitate future growth and development (Personal Mentors).
The process helps prepare you to lead your ministry into a process of organized refocusing.

Ministry Networks
This is an aftercare program intended to strengthen ministries by providing accountability and mentorships with other similar ministries. This gives you the opportunity to have a sounding board for new ideas or someone to share difficult times. It can also be a forum to stay abreast of changes in IRS rules and new models in leadership. Foundations are more interested in ministries when they are corroborating with others. Ministry Forums allows you to build those kinds of partnerships.
